One of the biggest benefits is improved sustain and audible clarity.
Of course better seated strings in the bridge plate allow that transfer of string vibration directly to the sound board.🤙

It changed the quality of the sound as well, might not have been an improvement.more volume, but more brashiness to the quality, maybe its just my phone thou, hard to tell without good speakers. [ to be fair ]

Does this make the tension tighter? I hate the harder break angle of a slotted head stock because the break angle is so much steeper....it makes the tension around the nut annoyingly tight...is it the same at the saddle? Maybe I just have weak hands 😂

Why do guitars get made poor break angles in the first place? Aren't all bridges going to rise up a bit after a few years and need the saddle reducing a bit and then all the break angle has gone?
