When I clicked safe mode it went back to the advance option .😢 and the screen didn't open like yours.

i get this on my piece of sh*t working laptop whenever i reboot it it always goes to blue screen, restarts and then just works like normal
thing is i have no control over any download and crap since they blocked every administrator rule for IT only
