Gris is a hopeful young girl lost in her own world, dealing with a painful experience in her life. Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality. As the story unfolds, Gris will grow emotionally and see her world in a different way, revealing new paths to explore using her new abilities.

GRIS is a serene and evocative experience, free of danger, frustration or death. Players will explore a meticulous designed world brought to life with delicate art, detailed animation, and an elegant original score. Through the game light puzzles, platforming sequences, and optional skill-based challenges will reveal themselves as more of Gris’s world becomes accessible.

I remember stopping at their booth at PAX in Seattle. I just stood there, absolutely captivated, unable to tear my eyes away.. I watched and listened, then the tears came.. I remember saying hello to the creator with tears in my eyes, and giving my thanks for their creation.

I have just finished it and I'm amazed at how a game can be simple (as it comes to gameplay) and wonderful at the same time. And the soundtrack... Masterpiece. It's a kind of game that stays with you for a long time.

How did a game like this, music and art, no words, no dialog, not even a solidly-defined story, make me cry so much multiple times? Blue made me cry the most I think, the release just felt like saying it was OK to grieve. I distantly was thinking about my own recent loss of a cousin who was like a big sister to my own younger sister and I when we were growing up. She was taken from us far before her time, not that any time is easy. And here I am becoming a sniffling snotty mess writing this. Thank you for producing this beautiful world, Nomada Studios.

Its awesome when I see a game trailer and I can actually feel the amount of love, care, and attention to detail that has been put into the game. The musical soundtrack sounds like it is going to be incredible as well. Well done.

Gris is so visually and musically beautiful, i got so many goosebumps while playing this game- that never happens to me. The puzzles and controls are not easy and not hard, just right. It was a joy to play but at the same time some parts made me feel heavy and sad inside without knowing why. overall i give this a 100/10 its amazing and everyone should check it out
