I used to agree with Sophie all the time, this time she failed me by giving Liverpool a win away at Arsenal. A fit no one has achieved since our loss to Aston villa last season. The x3 we've dropped points, we're down to 10. We took 4 points from them last season so where did your opinion come from? Loss of Salina? Anyhow. Thanks as always.

Hi guys. Hope you and yours are all well, and well done to you on last weeks predictions, especially Matt with the 3 correct scores. I languish a good 16 points behind at the moment on 42, but I'm working on it. I don't know what Coventry are doing, but it seems safe to say you have a fight on your hands. Hope you win said fight. So to this weeks attempt to catch up whilst I have you on pause...

Leicester 1 Nottingham Forest 1...I suspect they will score as they have in every game so far, and we rarely get more than 1. So....
Aston Villa 2 Bournemouth 0...Bournemouth's gain from a sending off can't hide the loss at Leicester, and Villa have the class to win.
Brentford 4 Ipswich 3...Just a feeling that this might have goals in it, but I do expect Brentford to win the game by the odd goal.
Brighton 1 Wolverhampton 1...Wolves have been playing better than their position, and Brighton are a good side. Draw looks likely.
Man City 4 Southampton 1...City just improve through the season, and Southampton's collapse against Leicester is telling. City win.
Everton 1 Fulham 1...Fulham have lost their last 2 against top clubs, but Everton unbeaten in 4. Fulham may win, but a draw likeliest.
Chelsea 2 Newcastle 1...Newcastle average a goal/game and Chelsea average 2/game. Neither winning lately but Chelsea Should win.
Crystal Palace 1 Tottenham 3...Palace seem reduced to long range efforts, while Spurs attack firing well may be prove difference.
West Ham Utd 1 Man Utd 1...or a Man Utd win, given their occasional goal flurries. West Ham perhaps wishing they'd kept Moyes now.
Arsenal 2 Liverpool 1...Arsenal can't afford to lose this as a 6 point gap will be difficult to bridge historically speaking. Both could win.

The division is beginning to sort itself out, with Forest currently (barring a catastrophe) on target for a 60-64 pt season. Which looking at the past 6 seasons, and depending on the exact tally, would put us by season 6-7/8, 6-8, 6, 7/8, 5, 6th. So Europe is possible. It would be a shoe in if we could start scoring more than 1 a game. Dreamy. Anyway, good luck to all teams (except Leicester just for this week) for the weekend, Be well everyone.
