I definitely agree with what Prof. Batongbacal said, "While we are talking, they (China) are taking."
It's a waste of time talking to a bully. History is repeating itself if no one really acts against this kind of incursions. That's how Hitler did it in Europe. That's how Russia did it in Crimea. Everyone reacted too late and WW2 just begun. I still remember, maybe 30yrs back, the first time China put a "temporary looking" structures in spratly's, saying it's only a refuge for their fishermen in times of inclement weather. China did not say anything about their make believe nine dash lines that time some. Now realizing it was all a lie.
