Dry Taps Crisis the History, the Prospects

Benjamin L. Moss, PE, Georgia Water Business Team Leader, Garver, LLC presented on North Georgia Water: The History, Current Atlanta Conditions, Challenges / Opportunities will discuss the history of the metropolis water successes and challenges, the infrastructure vulnerabilities, future goals and the impediments. Atlanta’s rapidly development around the railroads and the geography presented unique water and wastewater challenges. He will talk about this historical context and early 21st century events and the lead up to today’s situation.
