Hi Rob,
Now the biggest problem we are facing is how we can reduce over supply chain cost based on the low operation requirements. We have to negotiate with all over suppliers and 3PL logistics partners reduce the cost. Please can you give some tips to start these discussions with our supply chain partners specially in logistics.
