SHITE = conjugation of the verb SURU into the Base-te form, indicating the act of doing the verb
SHITE meaning To Do/Am Doing
MO II DESU KA = Is it okay if I do this ? (More literally: even though I do this thing/verb, is it ok?)

IE, IKEMASEN = No, it's not okay. (More literally: No, it will not go.)
TABERU = to eat
TABETE MO II DESU KA? = even though I do this, is it okay ?
TABETE MO II DESU = It is okay if (you) eat it/this. (More literally: Even though you eat it, it's okay.)
IE, TABETE MO IKEMASEN = No, it's not ok if you eat it/this.

Love it!!, Btw, what does Shitemo means? just shitemo? Because someone dm'ed me on ig saying Shitemo, but i don't know how to answer it
