I did hurdles in middle school I was in the lead. Then instead of throwing over my right leg first. For some odd reason I threw over my left first. Tripped and feel and got ran over. My coach had to pull me off the track and pull gravel out of my right leg. Then I missed the bus home. I had to walk home a walk that normally took me thirty minutes took me two hours. I got home got grilled by my cousin for being late. I was always grounded for something then I got everyone in the houses chores I felt like a slave. When I woke up the next morning my leg was stuck straight and 2 times its normal size I was told don't miss the bus they didn't even take me to a doctor. I just had to suck it up the coach was like I should have told you to ice and elevate it. I was sitting on the school steps scooching up them backwards to get to my classes on the second floor. The coach told me to take the day off go home and alternate heat and ice and prop it relaxing at my cousin house yeah right. It was get home do your chores do your school work. Eat dinner baby sit for free do dishes was kids. Take a bath and be in bed by nine.up by seven.
