I think this has to do with them preloading in fog and trying to improve anti cheat. Small indie company.

Ive had this happen too a lot recently. I think it has something to do with the new anticheat system and/or the direct x support theyre dropping. Another part of the bug is alt tabbing drops fps (which is a normal thing computers do to lower processing on 2ndary tasks) but when you click back in its supposed to revert to normal fps but it doesnt. Super wierd

Has been known since 2017 was patched out some time 2019 and came back a few months ago :^)

I had this happen to me, enemies saw me charging a full lethality Sion Q, suddenly I jumped forward and it lead to me getting a pentakill seconds later
