lm glad that regulations for the sleep apnea as become less strict. But was a bit discrimination if a person was obese doctors had to do a neck test on them from the previous fmcsrs rules or I sleep study test. People who are skinny who had sleep apnea as well

if you ask me fmcsrs Need to make more strict rules in drugs and alcohol like marijuana cocaine heroin they should definitely add that to a DOT physical in my opinion because people be on those drugs that can never get off them regardless if they go to a professional or rehab they are addicted to those drugs unfortunately regardless in my opinion. And they get to car accidents Dot physical regulations need to be less strict on high blood pressure or diabetes. That's also probably reason why it's a shortage with delays that can be treated with Medications. People can't control that because food be so good and small good. Lol. But i do believe that they need to be stricter is drugs and alcohol those doesn't mix very well while driving the trucks because they end up swerving on the freeway or driving fast end up in terrible situations or fighting and people cannot handle that type of bad drugs and alcohol i seen millions of news about that over the years of truck drivers being drunk or on drugs as I mentioned before. It honestly sad they get people a pass if they on those type of drugs. On what I see on the news for the accidents on the road or the freeway. Due to Drunk Driving and drugs sadly

I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea in 2015 when I was hired with Maverick Transportation and was treated via a CPAP machine which I wore as required. I eventually lost weight and went to my doctor for another sleep study as was told that I no longer needed to use the CPAP and given written paperwork from the doctor indicating such. Is there anything other than bringing my doctor's note I would need to bring with me when I go back for another DOT physical? I am not currently driving a CMV.

If you have a prescription for marijuana wouldn't federal/state workers be able to smoke. Like ADHD meds are for the most part schedule 2 and people with a prescription for those aren't discriminated against. With marijuana possibly going to schedule 3. Wouldn't having a medical card make it legal/allowed?
