You've got a good voice for this, it doesn't sound like you're patronizing who you are teaching.
You could use better explanations though, being straightforward with the work. For instance, how do you get the number that you're dividing by for 12x^2 by 2? Why do you divide 12x^3 by 3? Another thing you could do is put up an additional problem that people can solve for themselves at the start of the video, that way as they are following the steps they can see themselves doing a different problem, and arriving at the correct answer which you could put at the end of the video. I find that sort of stuff often helps people like me. Don't take my suggestions to heart, I know that you're probably doing this in your free time. Have a good one.
