For example i have b2b supply. And i sales goods on credit of rs 30k in april, 20k in may, 40k in june, and so on, and total amount of all invoices in finincial year is 5lakhs, and non of the bill is more then 50k amount, buyer sent only 1lakh rtgs, and give 5000, 10000, per week cash payment. Whole pending 4lakh amount received in cash in different intervals, non of the payment is more then 10k in one time. All supply is to single party So it is legal ?

Sir mai 1crore ka property sell kar raha hu aur us paise ko apne saving account me le leta hun aur uske baad naya property lunga to paise phir 1cr transfer karunga to kuch problem create hoga kya.. sir please reply

maine ek old car sale ki hai company to company (both gst registered) but sale price less than book value (loss me ) kya gst lagega sale bill par ya nai
