I mean I can understand why papyrus feels that way he wasted a lot of his childhood growing strong thinking he had to to protect his “lazy” big brother instead of just being a kid who knows what things paps had to do at a young age thinking it was all to protect sans and in a way sans let it happen instead if showing he was strong enough to take care of them both . Instead of fighting his battles he let paps so he had to keep up the persona of someone who wasn’t the judge. Though sans did protect paps from things unseen and did a lot for paps just things that he doesn’t see Or doesn’t need to see like frisk . Papyrus will never understand his laziness is a byproduct of a lot of stuff that he is oblivious to. Both are in the wrong but both are too stubborn to communicate
