For the people who are wondering, those with are almost not worked out at all are Ruffalo, Bettany and RDJ to some extent. Ruffalo doesn’t need to since he is wearing motion-capture, Bettany puts on a muscle suit and RDJ has really let himself through the years, he is more and more smaller as the movies progressed. I would say Stan and Cumberbatch have some working out but not extreme. Those with the best shape are Hemsworth, Evans, Bautista and Pratt.
