It's super quick and easy to upgrade your RAM the only caveat is that you must ensure you have the correct RAM for the system you are upgrading. There is a great tool on the Crucial website where you can enter the moedl number of your system and it will tell you the RAM type you require.

after the switch, it only gives me a green screen. it won't start windows :/
