Stadium 974 in the district of Ras Abu Aboud is built all around the idea of sustainability.
The stadium can be fully dismantled and re-purposed post-event.
It might even be rebuilt with the same capacity in a different location or as multiple smaller venues using the same materials.
The stadium bowl seating avoids the need for air conditioning as it is designed to be naturally ventilated. The overall stadium steel structure can be recycled and reused post-tournament, based on any legacy option that is selected.
The stadium's water efficiency methods ensure it reduces water use by 40% compared to a conventional stadium development.

All we know the destiny of this stadium, but It would be great that this stadium can travel to the host nations for the next world cups. Imagine if we have this stadium in USA, Mexico or Canada in 2026, in 2030 and so on.

i think it wud be cheaper for fifa to own ten of them in store. only assemble for worldcup to enable those countries with no stadiums host the tournament too

ياله من تحفة ، ارجو من قطر ابقاءه مع كأس العالم ، يبنى حيث بلد المستضيف ، او يبقى فى قطر ، انه لمحزن جدا ان لا يرى بعد ، قيمته تكمن في ذكراه وريادته كأول ملعب بني من حاويات الشحن . شكرا قطر .
