This one hits me hard. Every year, for as long as I can remember, Dad made these snow ball cookies for Christmas. To give you an idea as to how long, I'm in my fifties and I don't remember a year he did not make these cookies. Unfortunately, this year will be the first year without them. As Dad passed away on Thanksgiving Day of this year. Though I've picked up on meny of the families recipes, I just don't have it in me to cook these this year. I guess it's just too soon. These cookies were one of Dad's favorite treats to cook for everybody. They will always be remembered as one of our happiest memories of Dad. Hopefully by next year I'll pick these up too and continue the tradition.

These cookies are delish! A family favorite. They go by many names, Mexican Wedding Bell cookies, Snowball cookies, Russian Tea cakes, etc.

I made these for Christmas and handed them out to family and friends and they were a big hit. People are already asking me to make more. They are soo delicious and not a huge hassle to make. LOVE this recipe!

Those are from Greece we call them kourabiedes its our traditional christmas cookie along with melomakarona!

I am recovering from COVID isolated in the downstairs bedroom. My daughter's cooked these lovely snowed biscuits and brought them to me through the window dressed as Santa. They made my day!
