Παρακολουθώ με θαυμασμό, τον πρέσβη επί τιμή, Γιώργο Αϋφαντή να ομιλεί και σε αντιστοιχία αναλογίζομαι ότι ως υφυπουργός εξωτερικών στην χώρα μας έχει τοποθετηθεί ο ''λεβέντης της Μυκόνου'' με το σπινθηροβόλο βλέμμα της αγελάδας και αποδέχομαι πλήρως τους χαρακτηρισμούς ''περί αποικίας'' απόλυτα!

I agree completely with Ambassador Aifantis. I support the notion that If the Hellenic Republic demilitarises the Eastern Aegean Islands, in a matter of a couple years after demilitarisation, Turkiye would invade and occupy the Eastern Aegean Islands. The Hellenic Republic must completely fortify the Eastern Aegean Island against drone warfare. Further, the Hellenic Republic must develop a logistics line to support the Eastern Aegean islands in care of a Turkish attack and a necessity for materiel supply. Further the Hellenic Republic must be prepared to fight a mid Aegean logistics battle with Turkiye involving water bourne and air bourne unmanned vehicles. The Hellenic Republic must provide air cover for the islands against small destructive drones that Turkiye will utilize to terrorise the islands. Heed my warning please, provide air defences against [Turkish operated] small destructive drones targeting infrastructure in the Eastern Aegean islands and develop protected logistics support lines to re supply the Easter Aegean islands. At the present time, the Hellenic Republic is extremely weak in both sectors, (1) the extremely weak air defences of the Eastern Aegean islands against infrastructure targeting Turkish drones and (2) the relatively i existent logistics support arrangement with adequate air and naval protection to re supply the Eastern Aegean Islands.Why do you think Turkiye finds interest in mid Aegean Naval exercises? Simply in evaluating and preparing for a mid Aegean battle to isolate the Eastern Aegean Islands from support from mainland Greece in the event of war to occupy the Eastern Aegean islands…….Heed my warning please.

Ambassador Aifantis makes much common sense. The Hellenic Republic must create local sources of unmanned naval and air resources to create a steady stream of local re supply for the Eastern Aegean islands. I disagree completely however that the islands are defensible. Each island is “a castle with a moat surrounding the castle” Every island can hold its defense as long as logistics to re supply the island exist. the Hellenic Republic is weak in logistics in support of the Eastern Aegean islands.

I disagree completely that US Policy is to keep Turkiye away from Russia. This was the old US Policy. This old policy changed in 2014 to 2018 when US supported Ukraine to become the Southern US defensive line against Russia. The present US Policy is relatively indifferent to Turkiye to the extend that US Policy is considering seriously the rights of the Kurdistani people….Finally, consider the Breton Woods Doctrine which Turkiye has violated with the proposed “Blue Vatandas”
