After my daughter passed away in 2014, I was hopeless, I felt like nothing, I felt like I deserved it, I felt like no good thing would come of it.

I prayed that night, for the first time I truly prayed. God called me out of my pigsty. I started reading the Bible, we started going to church. But I didn’t know what true repentance was, I thought ok that was it, I’ve repented. But that’s not what Scripture says, the word repentance in the Greek means “a changing of mind, ” and that repentance is a gift that God alone grants, just as faith is. 8 years later and I’ve fell truly changed from the person I used to be. I desire to glorify God in all that I do. The Lord gave us a son in 2015, he’s 7 now, and my greatest desire is that he know Jesus.
