hey, thanks for the video. I would like to ask for some advice, i kinda need help. There is like a month that i've been struggling with some thoughts that pop up in my mind almost everytime, like 24/7, about a guy who used to annoy me but it wasnt some big deal, i see him almost everyday at school, but i never talk to him and i've already forgived him for what he did in the past, but these thoughts are not gone yet, yes, it is better then what it was before, but his name still pops up in my mind like a trigger, what should i do to have my privacity and sanity back? i dont wanna him in my mind... and also, sometimes when i think too much about something it keeps appearing in my mind like if it was the name of this guy, but a fews days later it stops, but the man doesnt. Help me please😢
