I wanted to make something spectacular for my daughter and grandson flying in from Los Angeles for Christmas, as the years are now closer to leaving this planet. I'm recovering from a knee replacement, but I want to make memories of producing something like this. Tiramisu is one of her loves in her life.

Fantastic!!! In italy we do the Tiramisu cream slightly different, but i'm gonna steal the recipe of the savoiardi! they look fantastic!!!!

I have some friends that own a Local Italian Restaurant. They make a lot from scratch in the restaurant, but the Deserts. The Cheese Cake and Tiramisu are both frozen. They are good. I guess. I personally don't eat them.
I have a home bakery but my normal cakes with American Buttercream Frosting, is not what her family likes.
Definitely going to give this a try for our Christmas Party this year!
