Good post. As I have been using FRONX Alpha Automatic, my observations are (1) In real life driving Idle Start Stop has little value as car stops very frequently even when you are driving in bumper to bumper traffic. Ultimately you have to switch off this function. (2) in braking, smart hybrid works. (3) smart hybrid shows it's utility when we overtake the other car. The acceleration is terrific.
