Great video! As a side note, some of my students have requested live transcription during synchronous classes. It's pretty cool, and I think some of the students send the captions into a translation service. However, Zoom's built-in live transcription has also led to the speaker/presenter freezing and -- in two instances -- needing to log out and reconnect to the meeting. So caveat emptor.

Great video - thank you. Participants who only speak French or Spanish had some issues enabling the captioning in their language when the host was speaking in English. It seemed we could enable just one translated language at a time. So when the host spoke English, only French was possible when the host selected 'use French' via cc. Do you know how to enable multiple languages?

Zoom's built in Live Transcription Enable does not seem to be available on a Mac (maybe not on Windows either). I just updated to the latest version of the app and it is still not there. Any suggestions? I tested this again with a participant on a Windows computer and she could request captions, I approved, and she then could see the text as we talked, but I can't see the CC text on my Mac at all.

Can a participant set this up for their own use or does the organizer of the meeting need to set it up? I'm HOH and do lots of meetings. Just need to know if I should always be the organizer. Thanks.

Do you know how to use live transcript from english to greek? Even for a 3rd party service

If I allow Zoom's captioning and transcription, can I then download the entire transcription after the meeting? Or is it better to use the text transcription via the recording matrix?

I am doing German zooms and the transcription is not accurate in fact its downright funny. Do you have and suggestions to get a more accurate translation?
