Reef Tank Photography Tips : A Quick Guide

Hello guys, welcome to Tidal Reef, these were the general thoughts that I had in mind going into the shoot. Most of them will seem pretty basic, but if you don’t have experience in photograph your reef tank, this may help.
Quick Tip Reef Tank Photography with DSLR/Mirrorless.
- Invest on Macro lens, i'm using the Samyang 100mm f/2.8 ED UMC Macro Lens for Sony E on my Sony A7III.
- Use Tripod and set to timer. Set your ISO to the lowest possible.
- Set to large aperture value.
- Adjust white balance or your aquarium light.
- Clean your aquarium glass.
- Turn off pumps
- Lens perpendicular to the plane of glass to avoid distortion
- Turn off lights to avoid reflection
