After connecting it to my Xbox it won't function properly when I want to switch over to my PC, the little connector for the wireless part it's light won't turn on or show up in my PC settings even when I switched over to USB mode. Any solutions ?( Edit: just like any electronics i had to un plug everything re set it all up just to get it to read then dont forget you have to download their app to be able to adjust any settings for a limited time for free then you have to pay a subscription to be able to edit your audio anymore which disheartened me from ever buying another steel series, just going to go back to the OG TurtleBeaches since you dont need to worry about a 3rd party app then extra steps and hoops and money to get what you originally paid for.

I bought the Arctis 1 wireless xbox version a few months ago. What I like about the Arctis 1 wireless is that it has a removable mic, 3.5 headphone jack, and a steel band. Battery is the only small negative, but still good enough. If this wireless Nova 4 had those same features like the Arctis 1 wireless with the improved battery life, I would buy it right now, but due to these features not being included in this headset - I will skip this version.

Model 1 and 3 support 3.5 jack.
Why you guys have to remove that feature.
It will be a good combination 3, 5 jack and wireless dongle.
I mean this is model 4, it should have to support all feature the model below it. Upgrade the wirelless and other way downgrade the 3.5 jack.. 😢

Is anyone else having issues with the audio just going out on these when you open a game or open like youtube and having to unplug the dongle and plug it back in to get the audio back?

I took the dongle from my Xbox and put it into my pc after that I could no longer get it to connect to my Xbox I switch it to Xbox and reset the dongle and headset and nothing works

The biggest boomer i had with my nova pro wired is that i cant have sonar save on my dac and i cant have those features especially the AI mic wich is only on PC im on PS5 im disapointed
