An explanation for everyone! For those who do not work "fps" you should keep in mind something: To have a good fps you need a good computer. You need high RAM and high graphics card. I just noticed when i type fps_max 500 or 1000, developer 1, FPS increased really but after every jump, it became much slower...i knew in CS 1.6 by default, when u jump, and land u will slowly forward.... but when i activated developer 1 it became much slower to forward that it nearly stopped u....

I have a new pc gamer and I play counter strike 1.6 I wanted to see how many fps I had and I typed a command to display 100 I wanted to have more so I typed fps_max 200 but it didn't work i'm stuck at 100 fps i have a very powerful pc but i don't know what kind of commands i should use in the game

fps_modem is network or ms in game, fps_ modem 0 is recommended :)
