Them stainless steel bins you can pick up for £5-£6 so why ho why dont they just bin it, absolutely disgusting. A good thorough deep clean and a lick of paint, and a few repair jobs thats all it needs for it to be passable. It's hardly breaking the bank, is it ? x

They obviously don't care what the customers think. Because it's bloody filthy. Wouldn't want the food from them, if this is what a room is like.
Surely it's the manager fault cause he or she doesn't care.

Omg my mum has those curtains when I was a wee boy growing up in the 90s and I think that bin is my old bin I had in my bedroom in the 90s.

Yes, I would send a video what you’ve done here to welcome brakes as I need to know how bad it is for their reputation. You need to rely reputation cause they ripping people off and their rooms are disgusting.

Yh send ot to them!! Went to Premier Inn exeter and had bed bugs told them and no sorry or nothing sent emails no reply very shocking!! Not even a offer of a free breakfast 😒

I got a hotel in Chicago for Halloween for 80 dollars a night three night stay.
