Thank you very much! This actually helped me fix the 403 error between WooCommerce and Printful after breaking the link between domains (Website). For anyone that has an issue with the 403 error, if your Permalink is already on Post Name, switch it to Plain then save. Then switch it back, save, and try to connect! Worked for me ^_^)

Can you confirm if the WooCommerce legacy API is still required? The Prinful website documentation for WooCommerce says that it is, but so many things have been updated since this documentation was created.
