“Hourglass”: A Stella & Stavros Wedding Film

One of my general principles regarding my wedding video approach is to never take anything for granted, not having extremely high expectations and to wait to turn off the camera so I can have an early opinion. The truth is that when you get used to beautiful and impressive events, expectations grow big, mainly from ourselves but not only. Cynics may smile at the fact that sometimes, just before some particular events, there is this “feeling” that you will experience something amazing, and in the case of Stavros and Stella, this feeling was indeed there, it’s just that even that couldn’t prepare me for some of the most beautiful days I have lived during my professional history (and believe me, I have experienced a lot of those). From the days at the beaches of Thasos island to the wedding in the town of Xanthi, every beautiful moment (and I witnessed only beautiful moments) was a useful reminder that what I am called to do every summer weekend, is something so much more than just a job. What is exactly is that, I’d rather not say with words but with moving images.
