You mention in the video that no in guest agent is needed. However, when you do the recovery you are using flashcopy manager running in the guest. To me this is a required agent needed to perform a recovery as shown. Also, as I understand it, Flashcopy Manager is a separately licensed product - not included with TSM for VE. Please clarify.

Which pre-requisites in regards to configuration need to be implemented to make the backup work as shown:

Backup:
1. TSM for VE needs to be installed and configured
2. The MS SQL Server Browser Service must run
3. The VMware Tools must be installed in the MS SQL Server Virtual Machine
4. The dsm.opt file of the datamover needs to include the following parameter to  
      invoke VSS to instruct VSS to take an application consistent snapshot:
      INCLUDE.VMTSMVSS vmname
5. ID and password for the Virtual Machine must be specified and stored on the
    datamover.

Restore: 
1. The TSM for VE recovery agent must be installed on the recovery machine
2. Data Protection for MS SQL Server/IBM FlashCopy Manager must be installed on the recovery machine
