We asked the NetNow team: Knowing what you know now, what would you do differently? 1) Trust the process. 2) Don't over-obsess with an idea.

Nauman Hafeez: I would definitely recommend just trusting that process for, for the weeks that you're in there and really leaning into it and doubling, tripling down, like Soroush said on customer discovery. Figuring out what problems and pain points are you actually trying to solve rather than I have a cool idea and a fancy pitch deck, and I think I can get funded.

Soroush Arghavan: People told me so I knew it, but I think I would emphasize it more to myself in the past is detaching myself from an idea as much as possible. Ideas will get invalidated really quickly if you start working on it. If you do not think about it as this goal that you're trying to get to, but it's some hypothesis that you're trying to test to see if it works out or not - this is healthier.
