We want to share to you a powerful makeshift lime/lemon soda called "Magnesium Anti-Anxiety Elixir" that will lower your anxiety levels, alkalise your body, aid in your weight loss and boost your energy.
Here are the essential ingredients that we will need:
1. Magnesium
Magnesium is one of the seven essential macro minerals (requiring greater than or equal to 100mg/day), and is the second most abundant element in humans cells. It helps to regulate over 325 enzymes and aids in numerous bodily functions.
2. Lemon
