I love Kelly and her enthusiasm but I also wonder where her thoughts about the climate crisis are. I mean, the "red meat" industry emits one of the worst emissions towards the climate crisis. Sure, I like a fillet of beef done perfectly but over time I have reduced that intake significantly. After all, we just have one Earth and once we have destroyed it, where else to go?
Kelly and staff, perhaps you'd consider future generations too and select guests accordingly, right? (I still like Curtis Stone a lot (he is one of top 3 meat chefs around the globe right now), but I wish he would explore more Earth-healthy approaches as well.)
