Just made this tonight, was bloody awesome, I can’t wait to tuck into my leftover meatballs later in the week, only thing I changed slightly was adding two cloves of garlic once the meatballs were browned off only because I love garlic, amazing recipe this!!

PANUOZZO is an amazing bread and is cheap too.
in italian supermarkets you can buy a pack of 4 for around 1 euro

Looks great! But don't you mean panuozzo, instead of panouzzo? Also double z is pronounced "ts" in Italian (think "pizza").
