Contrary to what Christina said, he definitely is the sun ☀️. I loved when Meredith asked him how he felt about her dating life post his death and he replied that it was harder for him watching her be lonely.

When I heard Patrick was gonna reprise his role as McDreamy, after seasons of not watching, I just had to watch again. After Derek died, Mer had never moved on even when she said she did, she mostly didn't. She just dated again and that felt incomplete. Seeing them together was such joy. He always let her know what was most important. This just gives me so much peace
