I’d pay $20 in a heart beat just to watch a Champions League game and I’m not even a City fan

You'd never see a stadium like that at Anfield

So fulling up a stadium has an affect of the city players performance? They won the league with a half empty stadium throughout the whole season. Theses Pundits are clueless. This is their 3rd home defeat in a row in the CL. Lyon were better end of.

There are a lot of great teams out there. While the EPL is an amazing league, it's not the end all be all.

What have Spurs ever done to make people think they can go far in the CL, challenge for the league and have this "great team" tag?
They are a "above average" side with a quality striker. They arent on of the big teams in the league and them losing away to Inter should be no surprise.

This is normal. This season they are bottling it early. Only Spurs players are tired. No other club's players are tired. <rolls eyes> The media's always giving excuses to Spurs/Poch. They give favorable treatment to this manager and Klopp.
They don't talk about the possibility of Man Utd players being tired from the WC when they lost to Spurs or Brighton. Only Spurs' players are tired ...

Inter made a great comeback, Icardi's goal was pure class. It's hard to not attribute Inter's 2nd goal from a corner to Pochettino taking out the 6'2" Harry Kane for the 5'8" Danny Rose. Poch wanted to settle for a draw when Spurs had control of the game and Inter had gotten their goal against the run of play, that weak move was deserving of the comeback as punishment.

They have to find a reason why Man City lost. This is how the media works ladies and gentlemen. When teams lose they blame everything and everyone, from the food in the cafe to the coaches, assistant managers and the board. These guys just can’t accept that Lyon played the better football than Man City for that night. That doesn’t mean Lyon are better than Mancity, they seem to forget that. They are hurt, their favorite team lost thus shaming their predictions and making them look stupid. But the media, they have to put something on paper, so they’ll blame you, your grand mother, your dog, your boyfriend, your cat, your girlfriend, your wife...etc anybody.

They lost because they are tiny inexperienced flavor month clubs who can't handle the pressure of playing in the CL.

These pundits saying stupid things as always.. Anyone watched that game understand that lyon were better side. It could have been 3-1 to lyon as one attempt hits the post. I bet man city wont win in france. They are only second best to lyon.
Tottenham like losing to juventus last season were fooled by an italian side again. Tot played well but didnt know how to deal with clinical finishings. Now they play barca and in real danger of elimination
