My personal go-to after antibiotics, as an infection-prone girly, is switching my morning yogurt to activia (or a similar probiotic yogurt) and adding some kombucha to my daily iced tea addiction for a couple weeks. I was struggling with UTIs for years!! Trust me that I've tried everything and soda bicarbonate helped the most! Just simply put one teaspoon in a glass of water in the evening before sleep and in the morning if it persists and you will get instant relief.
