The umpire is exactly right, there's no way the call came before the shot. At the same time maybe but no way did it put off their shot.

Wow, Fed really crossed the line screaming at the umpire like that and even swinging his racket wildly threatening the umpire with violence .. but Tsitsipas is a true gentleman to calm both Fed and the umpire down and getting them to shake each other's hands, he really shows his maturity there ..

I watched both clips at normal speed (paused the video when the out call was made) and in slow motion (0.25) and both times the umpire was correct. Both times the call came after the player had hit the shot. On these points easiest way to tell is to do what I mentioned first, pause the clip when the out call is made and look to see where the ball is. In the first clip the ball has already gone over the net (albeit only just) when the call was made and in the second clip when the line judge called out (and then corrected) the ball is already near the net
