Η περιοχή γύρω από το Ρύμνιο Κοζάνης είναι μια από τις λιγότερο γνωστές και περισσότερο όμορφες περιοχές της Κοζάνης. Με επίκεντρο τον ποταμό Αλιάκμονα, που διατρέχει την περιοχή και την τεχνητή λίμνη Πολυφύτου, σχηματίζονται πλήθος πανέμορφων και μοναδικών τοπίων, όπως το πλατανόδασος Ρυμνίου. Λίγο παρακάτω βρίσκει κανείς την Ι. Μ. Εισοδίων της Θεοτόκου Τορνικίου και την Ι. Μ. Νικανορος Ζάβορδας, χτισμένη στην κορυφή ενός λόφου με μοναδική θέα. Η συμβολή του Αλιάκμονα είναι εμφανής σε όλη τη διαδρομή, καθώς δημιουργεί υγροβιότοπους. Πρόκειται ανεπιφύλακτα για μια από τις ομορφότερες εικόνες της Κοζάνης!

The area around Rymnio Kozani is one of the least known and most beautiful areas of Kozani. Centered on the river Aliakmonas, which runs through the area and the Polyphytou artificial lake, a number of beautiful and unique landscapes are formed, such as the plane tree forest of Rymnio. A little further down one finds I. M. Entrances of the Theotokos Tornikiou and I. M. Nikanoros Zavordas, built on top of a hill with a unique view. The contribution of Aliakmons is evident throughout the route, as it creates wetlands. This is without reservation one of the most beautiful images of Kozani!
