Check out our gym where we like to train our butts and biceps! Our gym consist of a G9 All-in-one Trainer from Force Usa, Force Usa Mybench, Dumbbells' from 5lbs to 60lbs, and various bars, Olympic weights, bumper plates, and attachments. We built this in our unfinished walkout basement. Any kind of workout can be completed including Crossfit, Hypertrophy, Bodybuilding, Strength Training, and Olympic Lifting.
