OMG SISTAR! The thumbnail caught my eye and then the term implant! Some months ago I had a dream that I was in a battle fighting some agents or "beings" and after the battle I kept feeling this annoying pinch on the middle part of my back on my spine, so I reached to feel what it was and this same exact thing was on my back(shown in the picture) I was pulling so hard at this thing to pull it from my back. It was embedded pretty deep, I almost had removed it but woke up before it completely came out. It was soo painful, even now here in my waking life on the 3D I can feel that annoying pinch in that spot from time to time. I've always wondered why I had that pain in my back, now I know.
