The bar must travel from the front rack position on the shoulders to a locked out overhead position with elbows, knees and hips fully extended and feet in line with each other. Instead of using your arms to finish the press, you press and dip a second time simultaneously, catching the bar in a partial squat with the arms fully extended overhead. Stand up with arms locked out overhead with elbows, knees and hips fully extended and feet in line with each other.
