Both of my parents are teachers on rural places, so this touched me in so many levels. They sacrificed *so* much but also have been able to shape amazing professionals with great hearts.

I may not have lived in Cali and may not have gone to the highschool but the video speaks true to the fact that teachers can impact people's lives in a way that nobody has ever done before. Teachers have a voice and a reason for why they love doing what they do. They do it because they love the amazing students and facility they get to work with and teach with every single day. They go to work knowing that whatever their students did yesterday will impact them tomorrow. I love you Soul Pancake and James Maslow for making this AMAZING VIDEO & @JamesMaslow.... This video made me cry. I actually had a teacher in high school who changed the person who I was and am to this day. My parents divorced when I was about 11 and we had to move across the country to a small town where I didn't know anyone. My life was no longer normal and I was a mess. But when I got to the 7th grade I met a teacher who changed everything. He was my Algebra teacher Mr. Robinson. He was the kindest most gentle person ever. And that was where I learned what I was good at. I loved math from that period on. He was excellent at breaking math down to get you really get Algebra for me anyway. He was a blessing because I was a very quiet anxious kid who very low self-esteem and had social anxiety. But in that class I was confidant, and felt good about myself. Im 47 and anybody who knows me knows about Mr. Robinson. He changed my life and I always wanted tell him just how much I appreciate him for being the best teacher I ever had. For that time of my life until now I realized what my gift was. It was what I was good at. I have searched but never found him and had a chance to thank him. That would be a dream come true. I will never forget Mr. Robinson he was amazing.

this is t ruely awesome, james maslow has been a very big part of my life since i was like 15 now im 24. he's an amazing singer/actor-songwriter. just like mr doyle, my teachermatt in hs is still one of my best buds as well.

I would have LOVED to have done this for the 3 Teachers in My life that inspired Me to Dream and to continue to read all I can. But unfortunately the 3 Teachers all have passed away and it sometimes is a bitter pill to swallow that I NEVER got the opportunity to tell them how much they meant to Me.
