We've entered the new year with a new temporary exhibition - meet "The Emir from Poland" and join us on an incredible journey through life and work of Wacław Seweryn Rzewuski Rzewuski (1784–1831) was a legendary Polish traveller, whose extraordinary biography brings together two worlds: the Arab culture and the Polish noble traditions.

Driven by passion and thirst for adventure, Rzewuski travelled the Arabian Peninsula, documenting the life and culture of the desert-dwelling Bedouins, comprehensively describing all the aspects of the region's life, from the breeds and anatomy of Arabian horses to the Peninsula's nature, architecture and music.

Could you think of any historical figure representing our, located in the Mobility District, Pavilion, better than a traveller whose life was deeply rooted in both Poland and the Arab world?

Learn more about the Emir of Poland - the exhibition is on display till January 16!
