I'm lucky my mother in law is still making traditional pickles and using fruit vinegars at home and they are so tasty. Today's generation is losing the essential recipes, but we need to learn these and take these forward with us for health and cost benefit.

I've had bad eyesight for a while but since we switched to rock salt it hasn't deteriorated any further which was the case before. Indeed switching was a good decision. Thanks for telling.

When i see your video, it feels like I'm eating everything wrong. But when i see how many of women around me are actually suffering pcod, thyroid and so so so many other hormonal issue, i realise that we are actually really literally eating everything so wrong. Replace by Saindha Namak /Rock Salt, Black Salt/Kala Namak
3. Pickles containing Preservatives replace by non Preservative Pickles
2. Commercially made Mozrella Cheese like Amul replace by home made Cheese
1. Synthetic Vinegar replace by Natural or organic based Vinegar.

Big honest companies like Tata are honest and display all the ingredients. How can we be sure, some smaller companies are printing ALL the ingredients are displayed.
