I return once again with my representation(s) of the elseq album by the album gods, Autechre.

More coming. Primarily crafted in kdenlive this time around, then assembled in DaVinci Resolve.

As 2024 draws to a close, I am moving back into more audio work for 2025. These videos will come as I am inspired, less obsessively than usual (theoretically, anyway). :)

Sonically, I love the kick in this track, both the kick pattern and the styling of the transient, sounds like someone whacking a rubber boot against a wheely bin. Visiually, I love how the moving patterns appear to stretch in time with some of the synth stabs, makes me think back to old school cartoons when the characters bodies would stretch like rubber.

elseq is starting to grow on me. first chimer, then c7b2. I dread the day when I start listening to elcy6 for fun.
