HUGE fan of the Blacksmith boots. I have an older (~2016) pair of Beckman boots that are in a very similar style, albeit black leather as opposed to crimson. They look amazing, and yours will continue to patina with age. Thanks for the video!

1) Allen Edmonds - Factory Seconds (Quality Classic styles + Classics reimagined). Will last a lifetime if you maintain them

2) Tony Lama Cowboy Boots ❤

3) Lucchesse Cowboy Boots - get the dark brown goat leather Roper Style 🎉

4) Santoni Brown Suede “Carlo” Loafer. Yes, they are expensive at $990 retail, yet so comfortable and classy ❤

5) Red Wing Iron Rangers in Black. The 2024 version has a low key lugs on the sole and is incredibly comfortable out of the box 📦. Will last a lifetime, if you maintain them

6) Converse low cut, white, Chuck tailors, originals. Toss them into the washing machine when needed.

7) Sperry Top Siders, dark brown leather originals. You can’t be a Preppy without having a pair 😊

8) Allen Edmonds - Park Avenue cap toe shoes (black or cordovan). Sometimes you will need to wear a proper suit, and tie, and you will feel like the successful, confident, man that you are when you lace these bad boys up 🎉

I recently ordered the Solovair Gibson in the greasy leather finish because I thought it would be more versatile, but after watching your video, I can't help but love the hi-shine! Do you think the hi-shine version would work just as well for any occasion or outfit, not just the greasy finish? I'd love to hear your thoughts on its versatility

so I kinda went ham this fall and pickup up a few boots, and bro let me tell u. ure gonna love the Paraboot Yosemite. nicest boots I've ever owned. scooped up a pair of galibiers for the alpine look, and a pair of shearling lined diemme duck boots (my first pair of "uggs")

Nice to see some red wings on here. I'm personally a fan of the iron ranger boot, I have 2 pairs, a brown and a charcoal grey/ black. Basically same as the blacksmith booth with a more bulbous toe cap and look a bit more rugged. Will second that the sizing is a bit big on them, I had to go down about a full size personally but half a size should do too

I've been eyeing those Danner's. I usually go US9.5 with New Balances, Nike, etc. Should I go 9.5 too or just go with 10? I have a pretty wide feet and the toebox looks so narrow on the Danner's

For breaking in leather shoes I recommend lightly heating the area with a hair dryer and then applying a leather conditioner before you put them in helps break them in slightly
