Been to both OC towns. Prefer to drive the extra hour to go down to OC MD. Better boardwalk, beach, parking & over 200 great places to eat. We go to OC MD twice a year. Once in the summer and late fall to visit the fabulous Winterfest Christmas displays with over 750, 000 light bulbs in the huge 50 acre North Park. Have been to the great huge convention center numerous times for craft shows, boat shows etc.

Going to both these places is Pennsylvania tradition for many family's.. Ive always felt maryland was better for family's and NJ for the younger crowd. Both great placea

I just like OCNJ because it's what I grew up going to, and it's more convenient for me. However, I don't really get a say because I haven't been to the one in Maryland.

Love OC MD in the summer but look forward to our purchasing halve price ride passed on black Friday for my grandkids.

Both have pros and cons. I like OCNJ for the fam and OCMD for me and the wife. Plus fishing in OCMD.

I live in OCMD and have never been to OCNJ, so my opinion would be very bias and have no merit. From what I can tell both towns are very similar but I know one thing MD has that NJ doesn't... Assateague Island, so on that point alone I'd vote for OCMD.

OCNJ all the way. The best vacation spot. I go EVERY SINGLE YEAR and yet, I don’t even hate it one bit. Never been to Maryland, but I think OCNJ is way better. The waterpark, beach, amusement parks, downtown area, everything. I also love my beach house. It’s right next to the beach and beginning of the boardwalk so I don’t have to walk that far to get there! Also, I love just watching the planes with the ads on the beach idk why 😂
The only thing I hate, is the gulls! 🐦
Also, I love going boogieboarding and surfing in Ocean City! Ride the waves! 🤙 🌊
Going on August 12th this year! 🏖️🏝️

Ocean city md is considered one of the best on east coast
