Join Drea as she shows you some of the fabrics and threads we used to create this beautiful Midsummer Night Tapestry. Take quilting to an entirely new level with this beautiful, interconnecting tile scene—inspired by the shortest night of the year! From chirping crickets and delicate blooms to the soft glow of the moon, the beauty of warm, summer nights is front and center in this detailed tapestry. Composed of 12 individual quilt blocks, this tile scene is specially-digitized so that each and every detail fits together seamlessly! Swirling florals, mystical mushrooms, and tiny bug friends come together to make this awe-inspiring scene that is sure to be the center of attention in any room. When the light reflects off these beautiful, embroidery-only quilt blocks, it will seem as if the scene really is lit by moonlight!

Anita Goodesign can trace our beginnings to 1994 when Founder, Steve Wilson, purchased his first personal computer. One thing led to another and Steve began to teach himself graphic design, then machine embroidery, and then he combined the two when he set his sights on digitizing. This evolution allowed him to go from working with standard, generic embroidery to original, custom-designed works of art!

More than 20 years later and Anita Goodesign is unquestionably the top embroidery design company in the world. With more than 50 full-time employees, we are based in Charlotte and manufacture all of our products here, from conception to completion!

Hi Drea! Thank you for this very helpful video! The suggestion to use an upholstery velvet and a stretch lycra is something I have not thought of to use in machine embroidery but will give it a try! I would love to see a short video demonstrating this please.

Just Beautiful!! Did you use Gunhold metallic silver thread? What type of needle did you use? Would love to see how the velvet binding was applied. One more question, did you slow your machine down when working with the metttalics? Thanks

Wonderful. Any chance you could give us the color #s of those threads? That would be awesome. Gunold is very difficult to find here in Canada, so want to order the right ones. Thanks.
